Already at the beginning there were problems with data transfer to their software, they were not able to solve it and I had to correct by hand whole database of cca 6000 people. I am customer of MyHeritage from 2008, when I transfered my data, unfortunatelly, from Brothrs Keeper. I also just found out i have been overcharged (charged £153 instead of just of £100 - just adds insult to injury.) Calls from the ‘escalation’ are expected to be returned within a ‘few days’!! Calls to customer services are met by people who have no idea what the status is and who just ‘escalate’ to the ‘head office in Israel’. It is now MORE THAN A MONTH later and i STILL have not received my poster. There is NOTHING to say that a) the posters are starting their journey in the USA and NOTHING to say that shipping outside the USA will take longer. It was expensive (more than £100 including EXPRESS shipping) and i hoped it would be worth it.Īccording to the My Heritage website, orders placed with express delivery take between 2-4 business days to arrive.
